End to End Facilitation Support

We Understand the Job Description thoroughly and Search / Headhunt suitable profiles matching the requirement only through the initial screening of candidates to understand their skills & competencies. Evaluation of the candidates for functional/behavioral competencies & cultural fitment, Check the candidate’s fitment wrt. Role / Level / Location / Salary / joining time. Preliminary ref. check of the shortlisted candidates. Present 3-4 good candidates per position to the HR Manager and coordinate the interview process, Do a formal reference check of the finalized candidates as per the requirement of HR, Facilitate the offer rolling out process, Ensure joinings as per agreed dates, Be in touch with the candidates for the initial few days of joining for smooth settling down. Assign dedicated SPOC from Team Madhyam for day-to-day interaction with the HR Recruitment Team.
